**The Role**
You will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture that supports the learning, development and growth of your team. You'll be able to provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities, and support them in delivering exceptional results for their clients. To succeed in this role you will have a detailed level of understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be able to execute digital marketing strategies for some of the world's biggest brands. Throughout this, you will be constantly encouraged to innovate within every aspect of your role to ensure you, your team, and our offering is developing.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Welcoming and supporting new staff that join the team
- Performance managing your team through monthly reviews and coaching/development sessions
- Fostering a strong and positive culture that is aligned with Megaphone's core values
- Utilising your digital marketing experience to drive results for your own client roster
- Develop 3 & 6 month marketing plans for yours clients, and assist your teams to do the same
- Collaborate with the wider Executive team to develop resources for this department
- Work with the wider Executive team to achieve department and company objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
- Developing and harnessing leadership skills through mentoring opportunities
- Continual learning & personal development
- 2-3 years experience managing/leading a team of +4 people
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Meta, Shopify, Google Analytics, TikTok
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivating and challenging; you encourage your team to deliver their best work
- Proactive and influential; someone who instinctively knows what needs to be done and rallies your team to achieve the results
