We’re Branderr, a digital marketing and UGC video agency for e-commerce brands. We work with e-commerce brands of all shapes and sizes by creating user-generated content (UGC) and executing creative content strategies via digital marketing at scale.

We’re able to work in perfect alignment with our e-commerce clients’ by being able to create consistent high-quality and engaging UGC video content in-house which is then strategically executed by our digital marketing and creative team.

Controlling the UGC production and digital marketing for our clients in-house gives us the ability to create cohesive branded content with combined creative and digital marketing strategy.

We’re able to get to market fast, pivot quickly as needed and scale growth.

**About The Role**

This is a role, perhaps like no other. A fusion of creative strategy and digital marketing. As a creative content strategist with Branderr, you bring ideas to life. From building creative strategies and outlines unique to our clients, to sourcing the best content creators so that you’re able to bring your stories to life.
- This is a flexible role, you must be able to work effectively from home with some office/team catch up days in Brisbane
- You will be required to co-ordinate our content shoot days which are often located in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
- We are open to part-time or full-time

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Formulate unique creative content strategies for our e-commerce clients
- Generate creative outlines and briefs
- Build and manage our network of content creators
- Manage and attend content shoot days to ensure your vision is executed
- Work with our post-production team ensuring final content is produced in line with the creative outlines
- Assist our digital marketing team to ensure your content strategies are executed
- Assist with managing our internal creative and content strategy

**About You**
- You live and breathe content creation
- You’re obsessed with social media and content trends
- You’re no stranger to TikTok & IG
- You’re very organised and able to manage multiple projects keeping within timelines
- You are proactive and motivated
- You’re an effective communicator
- Above all, you’re fun and friendly and enjoy working with people

**Your Ideal Experience**:

- Experience creating marketing strategies, creative outline and briefs
- Solid understanding of digital marketing
- Solid understanding of how to design content for the different stages of marketing funnels
- Worked within a digital marketing agency or in-house
- Have worked with project management apps like ASANA
- Marketing or related degree
