**About Primary Connect**
In October 2020, Woolworths Group Supply Chain rebranded to become Primary Connect - an end-to-end supply chain partner within Woolworths Group. Our team of more than 9,500 continues to support our Woolworths, Countdown, and BIG W stores across the country, providing them with our customers’ favourite food, drink, and everyday needs items.

**What you’ll be doing**
Working in a tight-knit, high-performing team, you’ll partner with senior operations and support stakeholders to:

- Develop, iterate, and execute the Primary Connect Communications strategy
- Be a leader in the team to support and coach others
- Coach and advise our Senior Executive Team on communications
- Collaborate with key partners to align all Primary Connect communications, PR, social media, and marketing content to create and protect a strong brand identity and drive business growth
- Lead and deliver key business events for new site openings and future network development
- Create, maintain, and improve communication channels across Primary Connect
- Engage our team members with our strategy, purpose, and ways of working

**About you**
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about great communications, who has experience in:

- Designing and developing communication strategies and implementing new communications techniques
- Crafting communications targeted to diverse stakeholder groups internally and externally
- Measuring the effectiveness of communications
- Managing and building relationships with a wide group of stakeholders at various levels of the business
- Thinking strategically and tactically
- Knowledge of retail and/or frontline operational environments is a bonus but not essential for this role
