**The Opportunit**y
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll work alongside a talented team of Internal Communicators who partner across the Woolworths Group to create better experiences for our team - in store, on site or in our support office.
In this role, we’re looking for a key part of our Internal Comms and Engagement team to help deliver Internal Events, partner on keeping our teams informed via Internal Social Media content and providing deep and meaningful insights to our senior leaders that inform decisions.

**What you'll do**
- Partner directly with the Head of Internal Communications working across Platforms, Content and Engagement to help build, maintain and execute against a Group Internal Communications Strategy and Editorial Calendar.
- Build and deliver senior leadership forums, meetings and events to ensure our leadership teams are aligned on key strategies and priorities
- Develop cohesive communications plans, that inform, involve and inspire and support teams on key events, change initiatives, product launches and other projects
- Keep our teams informed through a multichannel approach, including online, print, video and internal social mediaHelp our store teams understand business objectives and how they contribute to our overall results
**What you'll bring**
- A flexible approach to work that supports our teams. As we’re in retail, we work a rotating roster to support our teams in our stores, who work across the 7 days of the week (rostered days off are absolutely available to offset any weekends)
