**About Primary Connect**
In October 2020, Woolworths Group Supply Chain rebranded to become Primary Connect - an end-to-end supply chain partner within Woolworths Group. Our team of more than 9,500 continues to support our Woolworths, Countdown, and BIG W stores across the country, providing them with our customers’ favourite food, drink, and everyday needs items.

**What you’ll be doing**
Working in a tight-knit, high-performing team, you’ll partner with operations and support teams to:

- Create, maintain, and improve communication channels across our Primary Connect distribution centres and support teams
- Develop and execute communications strategies to support BAU, projects, and change
- Partner with and advise team members on communications strategies
- Engage our team members with our strategy, purpose, and ways of working

**About you**
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about great communications, who has experience in:

- Crafting communications targeted to diverse stakeholder groups
- Building effective and measurable communication plans
- Managing and building relationships with a wide group of stakeholders at various levels of the business
- Creating engaging communications across a variety of mediums: written, graphics, video, live streams, live events, websites and internal social media
- Knowledge of retail is a bonus but not essential for this role
