**About You**:
You are currently working as an HR Business Partner and are looking for growth in your next role. You easily build relationships and can effectively combine deep generalist HR knowledge with strong commercial acumen, when working with stakeholders to solve business problems.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing day to day operational HR, yet can still work at a strategic level when required.

The essential Skills and Qualifications you need:

- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or a Related Discipline.
- Minimum 8+years’ experience in HR
- Demonstrated multi-site operational experience
- Strong understanding of Awards and workplace laws.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Solid payroll /systems knowledge
- Utilisation of HR data metrics to make informed decisions and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience from a service industry with the genuine desire to give back to others.

**About Us**:
InvoCare (IVC) is a leading ASX listed provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore as well as operating private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand. In the last 5 years, we have extended our service offering to include pet cremations and we are now the leading provider of these services in Australia.

**Your new role**:
Reporting to the National GM for Pets and the Head of HR for Cemeteries and Crematoria, you will join the Divisional Leadership group. This is a fast-paced role that will see you working closely with a diverse and geographically dispersed stakeholder group. Your key responsibility is to work closely with the managers/team leaders to provide operational advice and coaching on all people related matters. You will also support the development of a consistent positive culture and strengthen employee engagement.

In addition, you will hold responsibility for delivering timely HR services to support the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, co-ordination of training and performance management.

This position will also work closely with the wider InvoCare People and Culture team to implement enterprise People and Culture projects at a localised level including EVP, engagement initiatives and L&D programs.
