The ING Design CoE (Center of Excellence) comprises of three highly driven and collaborative streams; Service (PACE), UX and UI, working together toward one vision. We’re on the look-out for our next people focused UI Design Lead to take our interface experiences to the next level. The UI team are responsible for project UI deliverables across web and mobile app channels, development and oversight of our design systems and helping to shape our future roadmap of optimisations, whilst building foundations toward future, customer focused experiences.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the visual definition and experience of ING UI across all digital channels and touch points
- Manage a team of 2-3 designers, with design oversight and individual support/planning
- Set the UI Design team goals and provide critical inputs into the Design CoE vision
- Contribute to ING global programs of work, support requests and help shape global experiences

**What we’re looking for**
- 5+ years’ working experience with design systems and tools (Figma ideally)
- Experience creating design strategy and communicating strategy to various stakeholders
- Experience producing design executions that comply with accessibility guidelines
- A great attitude and supportive spirit with the ability to get things done
- People management skills - experience managing teams and providing leadership support
