**Your Purpose**:
You will be responsible for the delivery of Resolution Digital projects while ensuring quality, innovation and objective problem solving are always in focus.You will be responsible for concepting and designing experiences and interfaces that meet business and client objectives and that also excite and delight users.
This role requires you to be passionate about user experience research and design, while sound understanding of UI design, CRO, SEO and data analysis will ensure you and the project team are working towards an aligned vision and product outcome.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Create effective user centric UX & UI designs that address product, user, technical and business needs, spanning from landing pages to marketing & eCommerce websites to custom software interfaces.
- Leading recommendations based on data insights/test results that CRO team is providing. Support the translation and prioritisation of discovery findings into clear requirements,
- Key focus on preparing designs for A/B testing, personalisation and conversion rate optimisation
- Conduct user and human centric research utilising a variety of techniques, such as user interviews, competitor analysis and others.
- Analyse and synthesise user research findings to provide informed UX and UI recommendations and to translate these onto prototypes and interfaces.
- Assist with analysing usability testing and A/B testing feedback to support research, roadmap and testing plan prioritisation and to iteratively discover and validate optimisation opportunities. This includes working with SEO, Analytics, CRO and other specialist teams to assess the impact of UI design

**Your Expertise**:

- 2 years' experience within a UX/UI Designer role. Additional work experience in CRO is advantageous.
- Be comfortable with UX/UI best practice, to create/optimise components and pages.
- Understand how to design for different audiences and different segments within those audiences.
- A knack to work in an agile team of cross functional specialists to help our client
- Sound knowledge of Figma and Adobe CS, particularly Adobe XD (if you are an expert at Sketch, the move to Figma and/or XD will be no trouble)
