The Customer Retention Agent role will see the employee involved, organizing and fulfilling promotional offers to ensure that the customers have an enjoyable and unique experience.

The Employee will also be actively involved in the organizing and analyzing of customer data. This data will then help the Employee in identifying inactive customers and creating strategies for customer retention.

As the Reactivation / Retention Manager, the Employee's role will require expert attention to detail and customer service.

Job Requirements:

- Telecommunication Experience (Preferably Sales).
- Exceptional ability to build rapport and associate with the customer base.
- An understanding of Excel/Google Sheets

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingswood, SA 5062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
