**About the Role**:
We’re currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as **Reactivation Sales Agent.** This is a full-time position based at our office in Adelaide, offering 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to inactive players via phone to encourage their return to our betting platform.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing player inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive player experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with players, understanding their preferences and tailoring offers and promotions to re-engage them.
- Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to convey the benefits of returning to our online casino.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
