In this role, you will listen to understand and support our customers through what are at times, complex financial matters. You will bring with you your best and authentic self; with compassion, patience, resilience and a readiness to lean into the opportunities to share, learn and grow.
You'll speak confidently with our customers about their financial position all the while providing a memorable customer experience. There is nothing quite like the feeling of receiving a customer compliment following your hard work and dedication to finding the right outcome for them.
