We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Account Representative** to join our talented, customer focused, service professionals within our Commercial Services Team in a full-time permanent position.

**About the role**
The Commercial, Services team provide support to our Education, Medical, Commercial. Local and State Government clients.
You will be dealing with multiple client groups simultaneously, managing complex cases.
The role is a mixture of inbound and outbound activity, setting and managing arrangements, identifying hardship, managing legal files and working directly building relationships with our clients.
Hours are between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Work from home and interstate applicants are welcome to apply.
