About the role
As one of three Workforce Planning & Reporting Analysts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the TAC has the right people in the right roles at the right time, so clients can get their lives back on track as quickly as possible. You will support the business to achieve strategic goals through workforce planning by leading forecasting, resource modelling, and delivering data-driven insights to guide key stakeholder decisions within the Client Groups. You will foster a proactive workforce management culture by educating leaders, tracking workforce movements, and enhancing planning processes.
You’ll also support TAC’s Make Every Day Matter Culture Program by leveraging data and insights to advance strategic workforce planning and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
About the Team
This role is part of our dedicated and supportive People Experience branch within the People, Culture & Engagement division. You will join a high-performing, dynamic team working across systems, analytics, and workforce planning. Our culture is fast-paced, inclusive, and forward-thinking, built on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement. We’re united by a common mission to modernise how we plan and deliver workforce outcomes, valuing innovation, accountability, and making a real impact.
What we’re looking for
- Analytical Workforce Planning Experience - You will bring substantial expertise in workforce planning with proven skills in forecasting, modelling and generating insightful reports that enable Senior Leaders to make well informed resourcing decisions within established budget limits. You are adept at monitoring and analysing workforce trends, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations that improve operational performance.
Strategic workforce planning and experience with tools like Qlik and/or Power BI will be highly regarded.
- Excel & Systems Proficiency - You’re highly skilled in Excel and can confidently work with large data sets. You have a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and are motivated to enhance data capabilities and processes to drive better outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - You’re a skilled and confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels. Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are always looking for better ways of working.
Why you’ll love it here
- Make a positive difference - Every day the work you do at the TAC contributes to something bigger. As part of an inclusive, supportive team you’ll find real purpose in achieving goals, together.
- Be rewarded for great work - We value our people, offering salary packaging and a reward and recognition program.
- Grow and go places - We’re invested in your progress. When you work for one of Victoria’s largest and leading workplaces, you’ll receive extensive internal opportunities for development and access to the LinkedIn Learning Digital Hub.
