**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Hospital and Provider Advocacy Consultant to join our collaborative team on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to work during school hours, 5 hours per day.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hospitals, doctors and ancillary providers in a call centre environment. You will be the first point of contact to respond to queries and provide information on services and claims.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Creating a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to hospitals and providers
- Proactively promoting up-to-date technology and tools available to providers on the claims experience
- A commitment to consistently increasing your product and procedural knowledge A commitment to answering calls with a high level of efficiency to help ensure our providers’ queries are attended to as swiftly as possible.

**About You**
- You are passionate and have a highly developed customer-centric attitude
- You have developed and grown your skills working in a high-volume contact centre environment and are ready for the next step
- You are a clear communicator and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are systems-savvy with a proactive and flexible approach
- You are skilled at learning and remembering an array of rules and procedures and exceptions
- Experience with IMED and OSCAR is a bonus, but not essential
