The successful applicant will lead risk advisory engagements with a diverse range of clients. This role will involve collaborating with clients to assist them in identifying, analysing, quantifying and effectively transferring risk.

***We will count on you to**:

- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engagements focussed on enhancing risk maturity in our client’s organisations, aligning strategies with the most effective industry practices.
- Translate global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps to provide clients with concise and sustainable risk management strategies
- Working with clients to recommend policy, procedural, process, system and control improvements
- Assist in the planning of client deliverables (i.e. reports)
- Responsible for the execution of fieldwork and documentation of findings
- Identification of findings and issues, and assisting in the drafting of client reports
- Assist in business development activities of the firm
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through impactful communication, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs to effectively address their risk challenges effectively
- Project manage the execution of risk advisory projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Develop comprehensive recommendations and solutions to optimise risk management using various formats including reports, presentations and webinars
- Advise clients on implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to enhance their overall risk management capabilities
- Stay informed and updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and assist clients in complying with relevant laws and regulations
- Stay updated with emerging risk trends and developments in the industry, actively contributing to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge sharing within the firm
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk advisory service delivery, consistently improving client outcomes.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of working experience in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE (desirable)
- Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
