**The Role**
The EL 1 AD Communication and Change Manager will have the opportunity to work in a diverse team and manage a portfolio of change and communication activities. The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workforce professional to work use their skillset to support the Director and the wider Executive team to achieve the team’s deliverables.
This position is responsible for the coordination and management of CASG change activities as well as providing communication advice to the CASG senior leadership team. The position duties which includes but not limited to: managing a small team; managing change related activities, adhoc requests to support the CASG Executive.
This role will give the successful applicant the chance to work in a diverse team and provide development opportunities and become a trusted employee in the team.
**About our Team**
Business Operations branch provides essential elements of governance and communications to support CASG. Each of the Directorates contribute to these objectives by leading initiatives, building close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and improving our adaptive capacity through strategic planning, risk and assurance management, information sharing and business process improvement.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions when providing advice to both written and verbal requests, with key outcomes delivered with accuracy and on time.
- To succeed in this role you will need to be flexible and adaptable to the changing priorities and willing to assist the broader team as required.
