
Purchasing Administrator

Utilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets across Southeast Queensland.
**THE ROLE**
Based at both our Eagle Farm & Archerfield Depots, the **Purchasing Administrator **will be responsible for ensuring purchase orders and invoices are processed correctly and efficiently. This involves liaising with the Suppliers, Master Data and Project teams to ensure correct process is followed and performed in a timely manner.
Key duties include:
- Responsible as the central point of contact for raising all goods and service purchase orders.
- Ensure suppliers deliver goods and services in order to meet schedules.
- Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Resolving vendor invoice queries.
- Monitoring all goods and services are receipted within relevant timeframes.
- Carry out all duties in line with Utilita policies and procedures.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience with SAP financial system (advantageous).
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and use of initiative.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
