In this newly created position, you will join our dynamic audit division in a varied administrative support role, working closely with partners and audit teams to deliver exceptional client service and maintain high professional standards. You will work alongside an experienced Coordinator that will share knowledge and training on key processes. This is a part time role of 3 or 4 days per week.
**Description**:
**Key responsibilities**:
Systems and Administration
Manage vendor relationships and administer software and systems
Conduct regulatory and international record searches
Generate and format client documents to firm standards
Maintain audit schedules, allocations, and team lists
Client Services
Manage new client onboarding and audit firm resignation processes
Prepare regulatory documentation and coordinate meetings
Handle client calls and maintain correspondence in document management systems
Process bank confirmations
Staff Support
Conduct staff inductions, onboarding, and systems training
Coordinate independence declarations and manage leave calendar
Plan staff events and arrange interstate travel
Organize training sessions and maintain professional development registers
Finance and Billing Support
Process expenses and travel disbursements
Support month-end billing
**Skills and Experiences**:

Administrative experience, preferably in professional services or accounting
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with document management systems required
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in an organised manner
Discretion with confidential information and self-motivated approach
