**Your new company**
A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider in Melbourne requires a Level 2 IT Onsite Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately, to be based onsite for one of their Education sector clients in Melbourne’s Inner East. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and excellent career development opportunities.

**Your new role**
In this exciting new role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents. You will be:

- Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support for the client.
- Assisting with IT Service Desk projects.
- Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLA's in calm and polite manner.
- Helping the Team Leader in the development of procedures and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 7-10, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within Managed Services, Aged Care, Healthcare or Education is highly advantageous.
- Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
