Dental Outreach Pty Ltd is currently seeking an Organisation & Methods Analyst to be based at our Adelaide office. This role is essential in enhancing our operational efficiency, improving workflows, and ensuring that our processes align with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Recommend and implement changes that streamline workflows and boost productivity
- Collect and analyse operational data to support decision-making and process optimisation
- Design, document, and update workflow charts, reports, manuals, and job descriptions
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct work studies using tools such as Excel, Cin7, Visio, Canva, and HubSpot
- Ensure compliance with AS/NZ ISO 9001:2008 standards and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee system changes, ensuring smooth transitions with mínimal disruption
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including system configurations and standard operating procedures

**About You**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business process analysis, workflow optimisation, and system implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Cin7) and process mapping software (Visio, Canva, HubSpot)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (AS/NZ ISO 9001:2008) is advantageous.
