**In this role, you'll**:
Develop a solid understanding of all services delivered by Information Management, providing timely, expert technical analysis and insights on BAU services and project initiatives, while enhancing success measurement and reporting methods.

Support the strategic focus areas and priorities of Information & Records Management (I&RM) by collaborating across teams to create a comprehensive view of the branch. Ensure progress is effectively tracked and measured, with blockers and risks appropriately identified, documented, and addressed.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audience groups.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI is essential.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
