**Company Description**:
**About Us**

Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) is at the heart of WA’s racing and wagering industries. As a government trading enterprise, we regulate and develop the State’s racing sector and operate the TAB - a multifaceted wagering business with a presence across more than 300 retail outlets and a growing digital platform.

Our work protects the integrity of racing and wagering, strengthens industry sustainability, and delivers value to the WA community. We are proud to be an organisation driven by our values of Respect, Accountability, Connection, and Excellence.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and highly capable Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People and Capability team. This role is the key point of contact for learning and development across the business, supporting training needs, building learning programs, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Reporting to the Head of People and Capability, you will play a pivotal role in both operational delivery and strategic initiatives. The role also supports organisational development activities, including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and career pathways - helping to shape a high-performing and engaged workforce.

In this role, you will:

- Manage the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of capability development programs (onboarding, leadership, technical, and functional training).
- Facilitate engaging onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
- Maintain and update eLearning content to support ongoing compliance.
- Partner with leaders to plan and monitor training activities, providing insights on effectiveness.
- Coordinate the administration of RWWA’s learning systems (LMS, Culture Amp, and employee experience platforms).
- Support key organisational development initiatives, including engagement surveys and performance review cycles.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leaders, executives, and committees on learning and development activities, compliance, and program outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

You are a proactive and organised learning and development professional who thrives on creating engaging learning experiences and driving cultural growth. You are confident working with diverse stakeholders, balancing both detail and strategy, and delivering initiatives that build capability across the organisation.

In this role, you will bring:

- 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar learning or organisational development role.
- Advanced facilitation and communication skills, both in-person and online.
- High proficiency in Learning Management Systems, HRIS, employee experience platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across diverse groups.
- Advanced organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (highly desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable).
- Accreditation in profiling or coaching tools, such as PRINT®, is highly regarded.

**Additional Information**:
**Why Join Us?**

At RWWA, you won’t just support learning - you will help shape a culture of growth, capability, and engagement across the organisation. We are a purpose-driven organisation where your expertise is valued, your input shapes strategy, and your career development is supported.

We offer:

- ** Flexibility that works for you** - enjoy a hybrid working model with set work-from-home days each week, alongside modern offices designed for collaboration and connection.
- ** Investment in your growth** - access to professional development, including a personal learning and development budget.
- ** A workplace built for people** - brand-new offices in Osborne Park with wellness spaces, end-of-trip facilities, secure bike storage, free parking, and collaborative working zones.
- ** Recognition that matters** - competitive remuneration, employee discounts, reward programs that celebrate achievement, and regular recognition aligned to our RACE values.
- ** Health and wellbeing support** - access to an Employee Assistance Program, mental health initiatives, wellness programs, and social club activities.
- ** Community and industry impact** - be part of an organisation that invests millions back into WA racing and the wider community, supporting local jobs, regional events, and industry sustainability.
- ** Purpose and pride** - contribute to safeguarding the integrity of racing and wagering while delivering value to the WA community and industry participants.

**Ready to Apply?**
- At Racing and Wagering WA, we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity of gender, thought, experience, and ethnicity. We are committed to providing a safe work environment and making reasonable adjustments in which everyone is included and treated fairly._
