You will be supporting the Compliance Team with ensuring internal and external compliance of third party exchanges and contributed data are being met across the Iress products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate student who is interested in developing their career within the financial services and is ready to take a hands-on approach with setting standards and driving change of market data compliance activities to facilitate the growth of Iress revenue.

**Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with**:

- Collaborating with market data compliance and sales teams to grow revenue for Iress solutions in a complaint manner
- Supporting client onboarding projects by providing market data policy guidance
- Documenting internal and external market data usage policies across Iress product suites, including but not limited to API Data Feeds, white label and non-display usage
- Supporting changes to processes, products, entitlements to ensure permissioning, reporting and billing are compliant
- Supporting regular reporting and billing reviews to ensure the correct reporting and payment for products and services that Iress uses
- Conducting regular reviews to ensure organisational compliance with all exchange regulatory, technical, contractual and pricing changes

**What you will bring**:

- University degree in Commerce or Business
- Passion for financial markets and market data compliance
- Previous experience in a customer service position is highly desirable (eg. retail)
- Desire to learn, able to multitask and meet competing deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
