NHP is excited to announce the launch of our NHP Graduate Program, and we are looking for a talented, ambitious Data Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills and storytelling abilities to join our team.
About the NHP Graduate Program:

What The Program Offers
- Business-Aligned Roles: These are not training positions; they are business-critical roles with responsibility and impact commensurate with high-potential talent.
- Strong Management & Development Support: Each graduate reports to a high-performing people leader and receives structured onboarding, a tailored development plan, ongoing feedback, and performance reviews.
- Executive Sponsorship: Graduates are paired with an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) sponsor who provides strategic mentorship, leadership exposure, and guidance.
- Structured Development Pathway: Graduates participate in a curated development journey aligned with NHP's Talent Management model, including on-the-job development, project ownership opportunities, peer coaching, networking, business and systems training, and professional skills workshops.
About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at NHP, you will support data-driven decision-making across the business by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop tailored reporting solutions, and enable self-service analytics. This role plays a vital role in improving data accessibility and quality through rigorous validation, training, and collaboration with data engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and aligned with business requirements
- Support self-service reporting by training end users on business systems functionality and interpreting key visuals, measures, and KPIs
- Extract, transform, and validate data from business systems to build reliable datasets
- Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, metric definitions, and data lineage to ensure transparency and knowledge continuity across teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on data and analytics
- Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modelling
- Proficiency in data modelling, report development, and dashboard creation
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
- Understanding of data validation, governance, and documentation practices
To be eligible for the NHP Graduate Program, candidates must have completed a relevant university degree within the past two years or be nearing completion of their degree, demonstrating strong academic performance
