NHP is excited to announce the launch of our NHP Graduate Program, and we are looking for a talented, ambitious Data Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills and storytelling abilities to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at NHP, you will support data-driven decision-making across the business by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop tailored reporting solutions, and enable self-service analytics. This role plays a vital role in improving data accessibility and quality through rigorous validation, training, and collaboration with data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and aligned with business requirements
• Support self-service reporting by training end users on business systems functionality and interpreting key visuals, measures, and KPIs
• Extract, transform, and validate data from business systems to build reliable datasets
• Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, metric definitions, and data lineage to ensure transparency and knowledge continuity across teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on data and analytics
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modelling
• Proficiency in data modelling, report development, and dashboard creation
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
• Understanding of data validation, governance, and documentation practices

To be eligible for the NHP Graduate Program, candidates must have completed a relevant university degree within the past two years or be nearing completion of their degree, demonstrating strong academic performance
