WHAT YOU WILL LOOK AFTER
- This Customer Care Associate provides appropriate support directly and indirectly to people that have a Stoma or Continence needs across the ANZ region.
- The position resides within the Customer Care team and the role reports to the Senior Customer Experience Manager
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams and key customers/nurses to make life more rewarding and dignified for people who use their products and services.
- In this role you will ensure all sample orders are completed and accurately processed.
- You will develop and maintain a customer relationship with key customers.
- You will coordinate with the warehouse and couriers to arrange urgent deliveries and provide guidance to your colleagues around general customer and order enquiries.
- You will work, coordinate and initiate call plan/cycle for customer subscribed their programs, using clinical guides and tools where appropriate to support customers.
- You will effectively provide the business and customers with ongoing support and provide information that is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively within the business to delight customers, promoting service and customer resources.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?
- 3 years’ experience in a customer service role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a must.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- High level of empathy and comfortable speaking and engaging with people over the phone
- Intermediate level user experience of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Extremely high attention to detail & excellent oral and written English communication.
- ‘Can do’ approach with solving problems.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
