**Position Summary**

We expertise in RPL and are looking for RPL champs (Trainers & Assessors) We are looking for suitably qualified Trainers and Assessors with appropriate industry experience to join our team for RPL.

Trainers and Assessors will be delivering one or more of the following qualifications:

- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Educaction and Care
- CHC30221 Certificate III in School Based Education Support
- CHC40221 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct RPL with ASQA Standards for RTOs
- Monitor student progress and provide support as required.
- Trainers will be required to be flexible and capable of delivering tailored training to a diverse range of students.
- Maintain professional development in line with industry standards.

**Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience (with a minimum of 5 years industry experience)
- Knowledge of ASQA, SAS and Training Package requirements
- **Understanding of competency-based training and RPL assessment**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The right attitude and personality to build and maintain rapport and trust with students.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to complete training documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Highly organised and have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent and adaptable facilitation skills to create an inclusive learning environment.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
