This is an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join one of Australia’s best Federal Government Departments offering long-term stable employment, enviable culture, and flexible working environment.

**The Role**:

- Interpreting trends and analysis in the context of the product
- Translating key data insights into value adding products.
- Collaborating across the enterprise datawarehouse branch to ensure consistent analytics, actions and messaging.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge in understanding the product, with regard to business context, goals and key performance indicators.

**What will you bring the role**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ of commercial experience working on BI analysis and insights, from reporting to analysis, planning and introducing new technologies/new frameworks/processes using SQL code, SAS Viya and Tableau.
- Working experience & strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts
- Strong background working with SQL is essential.
- Experience working with Teradata, SAS or SAS Viya is required.
- Knowledge or experience of actuarial, statistical and/or mathematical modelling techniques is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience working functional teams within an agile delivery framework.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
