Where the team fits in
- The Customer 360 tribe is a platform team that supports our customers across all core markets as they do business with REA. The team are responsible for providing critical capabilities which support multiple product and customer-facing teams across our core markets.

What the role is all about
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to play a key role in the customer data transformation program, Customer First, focused on delivering frictionless, personalised experiences and world class assets that redefine engagement.- Develop and manage scope, discovery, and the product roadmap, including horizons, milestones, and outcomes- Build close partnerships with our key internal stakeholder groups, understand their businesses, their customer’s needs, their environmental constraints, their tactical and strategic objectives- Work closely with architecture and engineering to ensure seamless integration across all systems and touch points- Work closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the data transformation program- Champion best practices for data accuracy, consistency, and security- Promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability across the organisation- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, including OKR tracking, and customer insights- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and real estate- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience- Contribute to the Customer 360 tribe strategy by participating in the tribe leadership team

Who we’re looking for- Someone with a few runs on the board - 2+ years of Product Management / Product Development or equivalent experience- Excellent presentation, communication skills and ability to simplify complex problem spaces and anchor back to value to customer and REA- Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data integration techniques, and data governance frameworks- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for using data to drive business decisions- An understanding of data management tools, databases, and software pipelines- Comfortable managing large, complex programs of work- Should bring a growth mindset, exhibit resilience and appreciate how change can be enacted in a large organisation- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment, delivering value iteratively - #gsd
