**Your new role**:
Accordingly, you will ensure ‘SASBOSS’ is ahead of the competitive landscape by understanding the market, partner and customer requirements and deliver new features to maximise the value of 'SASBOSS'. In addition you will confidently articulate product features and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Owning, managing and leading the SASBOSS roadmap both internally and externally
- Producing business cases that convey a high degree of confidence in the commercial return.
- Management of the full product lifecycle processes from new product development, ongoing maintenance and end of life to ensure high adoption and peak performance.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and departments to develop, implement and get designs, specifications and maintain production timelines
- Participate and support the product go-to-market strategy and launch activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure Access4 remains a leading innovator and disruptor in the UCaaS market
- Be the product knowledge leader for articulating technical capability to the wider team.
- Produce and refine documentation, ensuring all departments are involved with change management and the required timeframes

**Why you’ll be a great fit**:

- Minimum 3 years Product/Platform Management experience in a SaaS Product environment
- Extensive experience in portal and or OSS/BSS design and lifecycle management
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in managing the communication and launch of products including evangelising and championing the product to stakeholders, sales teams and end user customers
- High level project management and organisational skills.
- Financial and analytical skills to produce commercial modeling and business proposals
- Exceptional communication skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies.
- Experience in Unified Communication and Telecommunications (advantageous)
