You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning product innovation with Australia Post’s broader strategic vision.
**What you’ll deliver with us**

**You’ll also**
- Develop & execute strategic and tactical product plans to support the successful delivery, launch and ongoing management of new and existing products (BAU), aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Manage the deployment of product initiatives and campaigns.
- Oversee and influence the quality of operational product management activities including, issue management, business rules, policy maintenance and supporting service standards.
**About you**
You bring proven experience in product development, promotions, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. You’re a highly motivated self-starter who approaches your work with energy and purpose. Resilient and composed, you maintain a professional presence even when engaging with challenging stakeholders.
You thrive in dynamic environments, embracing change with a growth mindset and adapting seamlessly to evolving product scopes and priorities. Your critical thinking skills enable you to break down complex problems, distil the key elements, and clearly articulate a path forward. You’re thoughtful, solutions-focused, and confident in navigating ambiguity.
**You’ll also need**
- Product design, development and implementation (B2G/B2B and/or B2C).
- Product planning including knowledge of industry, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong track record in developing and implementing strategies, plans and major work programs.
- Working knowledge of technical, legislative, contractual and compliance obligations affecting both product portfolio and the market
- Interpreting complex market analysis, research and feedback relating to product initiatives and performance
**How we’ll deliver for you**
- Join one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, where we’re all ages, genders and come from all walks of life.
- We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day. They’re the TIES that bind our team together.
- Immerse yourself in the AP Way - where every single team member partakes in a learning module to help understand the vital role we play in delivering on our strategy and purpose.
