**The Role**
The purpose of the role is to provide various effective administrative support activities to the Trade Credit and Professional Risks Claims teams to enable the team to deliver efficient claims services within established service standards.
Open to locations in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing new claims lodgement and distribute correctly to the right area/segment.
- Finalising claims and making appropriate notations on the claim file.
- Processing payments for the invoices within the set timeframe.
- Preparing reports, updating necessary spreadsheets, and checking approval notes.
- Scanning / Printing.
- Contribute, improve, and maintain team goals, targets, and objectives.
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years’ office Administrative experience.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks within specified timeframes.
- Exceptional keyboard, organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously within a close team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
