We’re currently on the lookout for a National Sales and Operations Manager.
**Key focus & responsibilities**
This newly created role will suit a sales / ops professional who excels when driving and supporting others to greater success. For this leadership role, you must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong numerical abilities, forecasting and P& L expertise, training and mentoring experience, and exemplary attention to detail. Importantly you must possess high energy levels, passion and drive, with an ability to inspire and influence others.
- Develop and implement sales processes;
- Work with the GM of Sales & Marketing to provide direction and leadership to the sales team;
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes;
- Provide data and analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities, and support strategic decision making;
- Support and develop a high performing, winning sales team;
- Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency;
- Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
- Research and gather data on existing and/or new technologies to support the sales strategy;
- This role is National and will require travel.

- Strategic planning and budget planning experience.
- In this role, you will work closely with the GM Sales & Marketing to support and lead the sales team, driving market share growth and brand awareness into a variety of market segment across the building sector.
