Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the Manager, Information Records Archival and Mail Services through the development and publication of simple yet effective training, communications and guides around policies, processes, and technologies.
- Contributing to the strategic direction and workplan development of information management activities.
- Assisting the Manager Information Records Archival and Mail Services by contributing to the development of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives around information and recordkeeping practices across the departmen

**About You**:
- Demonstrated knowledge of information and records management legislation, regulations, principles, standards and processes enabling the provision of sound advice to stakeholders around recordkeeping in government
- Experience in the development and leading of training in a hybrid environment.
- Qualifications/Requirements:_
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in information and/or records management, or a similar field, and at least 4 years direct experience with related operations and practices highly desirable.
