**Investment Intelligence Coordinator**:

- _Salary: $95,102 - $107,905 (Plus Superannuation)_
- _Fixed term role to 30 June 2025_

- _Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (flexibility may be available)_

**The Role**

As an Investment Intelligence Coordinator, you will provide high quality administrative support services to the Governance and Performance Team within the Industry, Trade and Investment Services Branch. The role will support a range of investment pipeline and management activities, including the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, meeting agenda and minutes, and program communications.

Key accountabilities include:

- Support the G&P Team with administration and coordination tasks, including preparation of agendas, reports and documents for various internal committees.
- Prepare and generate timely reports to support the G&P Team utilising data in the Global Engagement Management System (GEMS), which is the Department's customer relationship management system (CRM) and grants management system.
- Provide advice and guidance to investment managers / staff within the Investment and Engagement Branch with respect to recording business engagements, complying with Fair Jobs Code requirements, processing payments, administering variations, completing investment outcomes, updating and maintaining key data fields in GEMS and other routine grant administration tasks.

**The Team**

The position of Investment Intelligence Coordinator is in the Governance and Performance team and will work across the Industry, Trade and Investment Services branch, which sits within the Industry, Trade and Investment (ITI) group.

The ITI Group works closely with businesses locally and globally to attract investment, grow Victorian jobs, drive innovation and increase Victoria's international competitiveness. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills and responsiveness, including the ability to coordinate tasks, determine priorities, take initiative and meet deadlines.
- Ability to provide quality administrative support services, including the coordination of group activities, managing other conflicting time pressures.
