Our client is a well-known** international hotel** and resort operator, who owns and manages properties across many countries and regions. An opportunity now exists to lead the team at this **small,** **Quality, Boutique Resort** Property in Alpine Victoria.

This **Fabulous Resort** offers a variety of accommodation options, together with an excellent restaurant and bar operation and the usual resort facilities.

They now seek a hands-on and energetic hotelier to take the resort to the next level.

You will be responsible for driving all aspects of property operations and working with all stakeholders to maximise performance.

You will have **a background in small quality hotels, resorts, or lodges** - a person who understands the needs and expectations of resort guests and a proven track record to effectively lead, motivate and develop the team.

You will be a genuine, empathetic leader and the ‘consummate host’, with a positive and outgoing personality and hands on approach.

**This is a hands-on role**, so only those who are comfortable being the public face of the resort and excel interacting with guests should apply.

**Experience in remote or regional locations** would be very well regarded but is not essential.
