**General Managers - Multiple Roles Across Southern Melbourne**

**We’re on the hunt for multiple General Managers across our Southern Melbourne locations** If you’re a hospitality pro with a passion for leading teams, we want you on board.

**The Role**
As a General Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day operations of your venue with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, building a motivated team, and growing the business. You’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring every department runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.

**What You’ll Need**
- Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced venues.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage staff, sales, costs, and service quality.
- A can-do attitude, resilience, and a passion for fostering a positive team culture.
- Flexibility to work during peak periods, including weeknights and weekends.

**Your Key Duties**
- Lead a team of up to 60 staff, including overseeing the head chef.
- Manage rostering, on-shift leadership, and staff training.
- Control stock and costs, while maintaining top-notch food hygiene and safety.
- Identify opportunities to boost sales and ensure superior service.
- Lead by example to foster a positive, fun, and productive working environment.
