**What’s the role?**

The QA & Training Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement best practices, optimise processes, and ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to tailor training programs that enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding, product training, and professional development.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses to employees, ensuring effective delivery and knowledge retention.
- Create and update training manuals, presentations, and other educational resources to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes that align with the organisations objectives and industry standards.

**Skills & Experience required**:

- At least 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, training, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies and training techniques. Familiarity with industry standards, auditing processes, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to different audiences.
