Our client a leading Aerospace company, is seeking a highly qualified Aviation Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the Company's compliance assurance management systems achieve world class levels of Operational Integrity.

This role will be responsible for ongoing training of managers and employees, assisting in the identification of all quality, safety and environment risks and the implementation od control programs, ensure the retention and expansion od company approvals, and assist in development and implementation of common compliance assurance reporting across the company.

**Skills and Experience**
- Form QA 4 holder for relevant NAA
- ISO9000, AS9100, ISO14001 or related training
- Safety and Lead Auditor training with accredited Auditin qualifications
- Formal Qualifications in Quality Systems
- In-depth understanding of CASA Airworthiness Regulation requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Quality non-conformances and Corrective and Preventative Action management
- Australia Citizenship to obtain required Security Clearance
- Minimum 5 years quality assurance management in a maintenance/engineering/aviation environment.
