**Let's get straight to the details...**

In this impactful role you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality assurance programs and services that ensure appropriate service delivery to Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) participants. You will proactively support employees across the LSA through the provision of advice on the implementation of safety and quality methodologies, risk management and continual improvement practices specific to service planning practice, treatment care and support services.

The LSS Participants are a diverse cohort of people with serious injuries that may include brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, burns and blindness. To hear from some of them please see the LSS Participants Stories and Videos.

**The experience we are looking for...**

To be successful in our position you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and supporting quality assurance programs, processes, systems and related reports, ideally in a health, disability or personal injury related industry.
- High level ability to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely and develop effective working relationships and networks with a broad range of stakeholders, both within and external to the agency.
- Contemporary knowledge of best-practice quality assurance, ethical conduct, risk management and continuous improvement methodologies, ideally for person-centred health and disability care service delivery.
- _ For an AHP3_, a relevant degree, or equivalent qualification, which entitles registration as an allied health professional, such as physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, social worker, developmental educator, etc. You will also require full registration, if the profession is registrable, with the Allied Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Where not registerable, eligibility for full membership with the relevant allied health professional association.
- _ For an ASO6_, an appropriate tertiary qualification in community services, sociology, criminology, justice, social sciences, human services, health or related field or equivalent experience.

**Position Conditions**:Full-time, 12-Month Fixed-term Opportunity. Part-time requests will be considered.

**Remuneration**:ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165) or AHP3 ($104,180 - $111,746) + Superannuation.

**Special Conditions**
- Travel to health and community facilities, participants' homes, intrastate and interstate may be required.
