**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Isabella Plains ACT 2905**.

This role requires a reliable carer to support our client in **Isabella Plains ACT 2905** for **ten (10) hours per week**. The client is looking for someone to support with:

- Monitor fragile skin for changes/pressure injuries and report concerns.
- (preferred) Provide transport - licence and own vehicle.
- Must be available on Thursday from 9AM - 11AM

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
