About the role:
Great opportunity for an Administration Manager to join Dexus and manage administration across two retail assets, Northbridge, and Randwick shopping centres. Reporting to a supportive and inclusive Centre Manager.
How will you make an impact:
- Responsible for end-to-end administration support across two retail assets, involvement in lease administration, accounts payable and customer service.
- Collect and maintain confidential tenant contact details.
- Management of storeroom income and license preparation
- Retailer communication/liaison regarding accounts
- Processing of Purchase orders
- Financial month end review and budget planning
- Responsible for end-to-end lease administration and reconciliation.
- Manage debt collection across retailers.
- Minute taking when required.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will hold prior administrative experience, ideally within property, shopping centre or retail industries would be highly advantageous. You will have had exposure and understanding of lease administration, preferably retail leasing. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, collaborate and hold strong attention to detail. The role is best suited for an individual with strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
