**ADMINISTRATION MANAGER**

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of general administrative duties as well as overseeing all despatch administrative functions, including customer service, invoicing, and maintaining distribution records.

This position is also responsible for delivery of administrative support and outcomes for the Sales, Operational and Corporate Services teams.

**About You**:

- Proven ability to be a leader and manage own team.
- Proven demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the sales order and despatch process required for distribution.
- Finance experience is desirable.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow process and procedures thoroughly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- High school graduate or equivalent desirable.
