Our Client is one of the leading Builders in Victoria and New South Wales, they are passionate about building quality and award winning homes. They are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant/Lead to join their team based in Notting Hill.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This
**Salesforce Functional Consultant/Lead** will be reporting to the General Manager of Digital Transformation. This role ensures that Sales and Marketing teams have the tools they need to identify and convert leads and support business growth. This is a key role within the technology team, providing an excellent career opportunity with attractive remuneration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively identifying and implementing platform improvements that drive continuous value.
- Coordinate and work with all Departments regarding their technical requirements, developments, and enhancements.
- Plan and run user workshops and actively to drive adoption, build enthusiasm and harness ideas for future platform innovation.
- Maintain and promote positive relationships with vendors and partners.
- Act as the liaison with the Salesforce development partner to jointly deliver and develop Salesforce technology requirements.
- Coordinate functional testing across in line with the relevant internal teams.
- Perform regular communication of status to all relevant internal stakeholders.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience building business processes and automations.
- Salesforce Certifications desirable.
- Proficient in declarative configuration in Salesforce.
- Experience with automations, security management and platform management.
- Exposure to Sales/Service Cloud.
- Familiar with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to translate user challenges and requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.

**INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, organise and prioritise work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and other technology teams.
- Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively to build positive working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills to provide end-user support.
