HIHR Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant on behalf of a well-established company operating under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. This program supports households and businesses in reducing long-term energy costs by delivering affordable energy efficiency improvements.

This full-time role plays a vital part in converting warm leads into confirmed sales, negotiating pricing and additional charges and ensuring contracts are finalised in a timely and compliant manner. We are looking for someone with a proven background in sales and contract handling, who is confident in driving results and managing client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Negotiate pricing, discounts and additional fees with customers in a professional and transparent manner.
- Close deals by ensuring all necessary contracts and agreements are signed promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Address client questions and objections, guiding them confidently through the sales process.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers, and industry trends.
- Prepare and manage all contract-related documentation accurately.
- Monitor and report on personal sales metrics, KPIs, and targets.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, negotiation or contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-focused with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs **Confident, resilient and able to handle objections professionally**:

- Chinese (Mandarin) is plus but not essential
- Available Monday to Friday for full-time, on-site work

**Salary & Commission**
- Base salary: $60,000 per annum plus Super
- On-target earnings: up to $110,000+ per year, based on successful signed installations
- Uncapped commission structure - the more you close, the more you earn
