**Client**: Our client, a leading organization in New South Wales, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to take ownership of the over-all coordination of commercial activities.
As a Commercial Events Coordinator you will be supporting various projects, campaigns, and events by managing a range of organizational and management tasks.
Your responsibilities will include planning programs and activities, licensing and activation support, EOI administration, operational coordination, bookings, and team management, along with market research projects.
**The Role**
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Audit and optimize centre layouts and displays.
- Coordinate activities to prevent clashes.
- Manage collateral materials and templates.
- Prospect key events and clients.
- Oversee expenses and audits.
- Support sales proposals and consistency.
- Approve display setups.
- Monitor tenancy and site availability.
- Maintain high service levels and improvements.
- Coordinate service delivery and updates.
- Promote a safe working environment.
- Manage daily tasks for commercial coordination.
- **Hours**:3 Days per week
- **Location**:Sydney CBD, Millers Point
- **Salary**:$85,000 - $100,000 inclusive of super, Pro Rata
- **Key Knowledge and Experience**:
- Preferred tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in property portfolios.
- Customer relationship coordination.
- Strong communication skills.
- Resource planning and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
