**About the role**:
2 positions:

- 1 Full time Fixed term contract position to Jan 2026
- 1 Full time Permanent position

Join Aruma as an SDA Tenancy Coordinator and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals in our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Tenancy landscape. As part of our dedicated Property Team, you'll focus on tenant satisfaction and ensure the seamless administration of our SDA management functions. Your commitment to person-centred approaches will shine through in your daily interactions, ensuring that every decision prioritises the goals and outcomes of our tenants.

In this dynamic role, you'll foster supportive relationships with tenants, care teams, families, and stakeholders, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met through tailored supports and consistent communication. You'll be the pivotal point of contact, managing tenancy agreements and documentation while navigating the complexities of regulatory requirements. Your ability to coordinate the onboarding of new tenants and oversee lease renewals will contribute to a safe, accessible, and inclusive environment.

Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring rental payments, resolving conflicts, and maintaining accurate records, all while ensuring compliance with SDA and tenancy standards. With your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you'll empower tenants by assisting them in understanding their rights and responsibilities, as well as navigating financial assistance options.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration/Management or similar.
- 3+ years experience working in a similar role, ideally in a disability housing Organisation or similar.
- A thorough understanding of the Disability sector and NDIS framework, as it relates to SDA housing and housing related support requirements.
- A working knowledge of tenancy regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- High level interpersonal communication skills for presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Advanced MS Excel literacy and aptitude to use various software to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS funding model and processes.
- Ability to travel interstate and intrastate as and when required.
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence (unrestricted) and willingness to use personal
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
