We are looking for recruiters who would like to take on more of a consultative role and utilise their wealth of knowledge about the industry, the recruitment process and organisations to mentor, coach and advise our clients.

**The Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing key account relationships, managing client relationships with our existing accounts, and ensuring repeat business.
- Identifying opportunity for new business in existing accounts.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the local market, industry, recruitment, and jobs.

You will have a proven ability to build rapport easily, have a consultative style, with excellent listening and influencing skills. You will possess exceptional communication skills verbal and written and thrive on seeing people achieve their dream jobs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
