- Conduct and support quality assurance checks and audits across systems and processes
- Monitor administrator actions, system access, and permissions
- Analyse compliance and QA outcomes to identify trends and risks
- Review content accessibility and compliance with WCAG standards
- Validate testing outcomes and audit LMS functionality
- Contribute to quality frameworks and stakeholder engagement to embed best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive a culture of assurance and accountability.
