**Office Administrator**

Established in 1999, Global Art's Creative Teaching and Learning Methodology have been nurturing and developing children's creativity throughout the world. Global Art is the world's largest chain of art centres and is expanding quickly here in Australia. There are more than 600 centres in 22 countries. At the moment, there are 14 centres across Australia.

**Work Location**:
Located in Rouse Hill Town Centre, we're easily accessible from Rouse Hill Metro Station (4 mins walking distance)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Stock Management and Inventory Control
- Master our Global Art system and train franchisees
- High level communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate with parents, franchisee's and clients
- Highly organised, responsible, motivated individual and committed to help the business grow.
- A positive and engaging personality

**Experience in the following areas are favourable**:

- Marketing and/or social media including: Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (Chinese platform)
- Experience in International ordering from Chinese platforms such as Tao Bao and AliExpress
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in written and spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous, but it is not a must.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Part-time hours**: Minimum 12 hours per week

**Salary**: According to Miscellaneous Award 2020 Pay Guide

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

- Rouse Hill, NSW 2155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
