We are seeking a bubbly and proactive Administration Officer to support our management team. Reporting directly into our Talent Operations Manager, this role will include a mix of duties and opens up a wide range of learning opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Work alongside our Aged Care Operations Manager to ensure scheduling of the clinical team meets compliance
- Liaise with staff and clients as necessary to update on any schedule or roster changes
- Organise coverage where required to cover sick and annual leave
- Maintain and conduct regular audits of current employee compliance documentation
- Onboarding of employees as required
- Assist with running of company social media pages and social events calendar
- Other general and ad hoc administrative duties as required by management

- Flexibility to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication and people skills

**Desirable skills**
- Previous administration or healthcare experience highly regarded, but not essential.
